Product Overview

The Automatic Composite Board Roll Forming Machine is a fully integrated, automatic production line designed for continuous manufacturing of high-quality composite sandwich panels. This all-in-one production equipment completes metal sheet uncoiling, leveling, roll forming, automatic gluing, core material compounding, pressing, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking in one continuous process. With high automation and stable operation, the machine greatly reduces manual operation and improves overall production efficiency. The finished composite boards feature excellent heat insulation, fireproofing, sound insulation, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance, making them ideal for various prefabricated building enclosure systems.

Main Structure & Working Principle

The whole production line consists of uncoiling system, leveling device, roll forming system, automatic gluing system, composite pressing unit, cutting system, hydraulic system and PLC automatic control system. After the metal coil is uncoiled and leveled, it enters the roll forming section for precise profile shaping. Then the surface metal sheet is evenly coated with special adhesive and compounded with different core materials. Through constant-pressure laminating, the metal sheet and core material are tightly bonded into an integrated panel. Finally, the finished panels are cut to customized lengths and stacked automatically.
