The Energy-saving Composite Board Machine is a new-generation high-efficiency, low-consumption automatic production line independently developed for environmentally friendly building material manufacturing. It integrates uncoiling, leveling, roll forming, precise gluing, composite pressing, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking into one fully automated workflow. Different from traditional panel making equipment, this machine adopts optimized power configuration and mechanical structure design, greatly reducing idle power consumption and mechanical loss during operation. Working Process

Metal coils are automatically uncoiled and precisely leveled to remove surface irregularities, then delivered to the roll forming unit for accurate profile shaping. The intelligent gluing system evenly sprays environmental adhesive on the metal plate surface, and perfectly compounds with core materials such as EPS, rock wool and PU foam. Through constant-pressure integrated lamination, the metal layer and core layer are tightly combined without bubbles or delamination. Finally, the finished composite boards are cut into standard sizes and automatically stacked, realizing continuous, unmanned and low-energy production.
