The C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a high-efficiency, automated cold-forming system designed to transform galvanized steel coils, carbon steel coils, or pre-coated steel strips into precision C-shaped purlins. These purlins serve as critical structural components in steel buildings, warehouses, workshops, agricultural facilities, and solar support structures, providing reliable support for roof panels, wall cladding, and floor systems.

Working Principle

This machine adopts continuous cold roll forming technology. The steel coil is uncoiled, leveled, and then passed through a series of precision-engineered roller stations. Each roller station incrementally bends the steel strip until the desired C-section (including web, flanges, and lip returns) is achieved. The entire process operates without heat, ensuring the material’s structural integrity and strength are preserved. Integrated PLC control synchronizes feeding, punching (optional), forming, and cutting, enabling fully automated production.
