Arc Single Panel Roll Forming Machine Product Description
The Arc Single Panel Roll Forming Machine is a high-efficiency, precision-engineered cold-forming system specifically designed to convert flat metal coils into consistent, high-quality curved (arc-shaped) single panels. It is widely applied in architectural roofing, wall cladding, and decorative metal panel production, making it an ideal choice for curved roof projects, arched facades, and special-shaped building envelopes.
Featuring precision arc forming technology, the machine adopts the incremental bending principle with multiple sets of precision rollers, gradually shaping flat metal into smooth, uniform arc profiles with excellent surface quality and consistent curvature. It integrates uncoiling, feeding, leveling, arc forming, hydraulic cutting, and output into one continuous line, equipped with a PLC intelligent control system (Delta/Omron optional) for parameter setting, speed adjustment, and length control, which minimizes manual intervention and ensures stable operation.
Constructed with durability and stability in mind, the machine’s frame is made of heavy-duty 350H steel, welded and annealed for enhanced rigidity. The forming rollers are crafted from 45# steel with quenching and hard chrome plating, ensuring wear resistance and a long service life. The chain drive system enables smooth power transfer, reducing vibration and supporting stable high-speed operation.
This machine offers wide material compatibility, capable of processing color-coated steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and other common metals. It is suitable for producing arc roof panels, curved wall panels, arched door/window headers, and decorative arc panels, widely used in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Additionally, it supports customization of arc radii, panel widths, and profiles according to specific project requirements, with a hydraulic cutting system that ensures clean, burr-free panel ends.
Combining advanced cold-forming technology, robust mechanical design, and intelligent control, this machine delivers reliable performance, high productivity, and low maintenance costs, making it the ideal equipment for mass production of high-quality arc single panels.

Advantages of Roll Forming A Metal Part

There are several advantages of using roll forming for your projects:

    • The roll forming process allows operations such as punching, notching, and welding to be performed in-line. Labor cost and time for secondary operations are reduced or eliminated, reducing part costs.
    • Roll form tooling allows for a high degree of flexibility. A single set of roll form tools will make almost any length of the same cross-section. Multiple sets of tools for varying length parts are not required.
    • It can provide better dimensional control than other competing metal forming processes.
    • Repeatability is inherent in the process, allowing easier assembly of roll formed parts into your finished product, and minimizing problems due to “standard” tolerance build up.
    • Roll forming is typically a higher speed process.
    • Roll forming offers customers a superior surface finish. This makes roll forming an excellent option for decorative stainless steel parts or for parts requiring a finish such as anodizing or powder coating. Also, texture or pattern can be rolled into the surface during forming.
    • Roll forming utilizes material more efficiently than other competing processes.
    • Roll formed shapes can be developed with thinner walls than competing processes

Roll forming is a continuous process which converts sheet metal into an engineered shape using consecutive sets of mated rolls, each of which makes only incremental changes in the form. The sum of these small changes in form is a complex profile.
