Hebei Xinnuo’s automatic light keel making machine forms drywall U-channels (tracks), C-studs and light steel keel profiles from galvanized strip in one continuous, fully automatic cycle. Frequently Asked Questions
Can one machine produce both studs and tracks?
Yes. Stud and track profiles are normally produced on the same line either as a split (two-row) machine, or by changing dies. A double-row machine lets you run a stud and a track at the same time, which is the most efficient setup for a drywall profile business.
How is the perforation for screw fixing made?
Punching is carried out hydraulically in line before cutting. Long slots, round holes and spaced hole patterns each use their own quick-change mould, so a pattern change takes only minutes.
What keeps the profile dimensionally accurate?
Rollers are CNC machined and heat treated to HRC 55-62, and the shafts sit in a 350 mm H-beam frame with a thick mid plate, which prevents deflection at full forming load. Cut length is measured by an Omron encoder and controlled by the PLC.
How much labour does the line need?
One operator is enough for normal production. A decoiler, automatic feeding and a run-out table keep the line running continuously; the PLC stops the machine automatically when the preset production quantity is reached.
What is supplied with the machine?
Forming host, decoiler, hydraulic station, electrical control cabinet, punching moulds, run-out table, standard tool and spare-part kit, English manual and circuit diagram.
