Double Layer Single Sheet Forming Machine

This double layer single sheet forming machine is a highly integrated and efficient cold roll forming machine. It is designed to produce two different types of metal roof and wall panels in one machine, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves production space.

The machine consists of a decoiler, leveling device, feeding system, double layer forming structure, hydraulic cutting system and receiving table. It runs stably with low noise, and the finished panels have high precision, smooth surface and good consistency.
The forming rollers are made of solid alloy steel with CNC machining and quenching treatment, which ensures long service life and high forming accuracy. The whole line is controlled by PLC and touch screen, which is easy to operate and can realize automatic length setting, counting and cutting.
It is suitable for processing galvanized steel, color steel and aluminum sheets with thickness from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm. Voltage, speed and panel profiles can be customized according to customer requirements.
This machine is widely used in the production of roof sheets, wall panels for factories, warehouses, commercial buildings and residential construction. All equipment is CE certified and strictly inspected before delivery.
