Core Functions & Working Principle

Based on the plastic deformation principle of plates, the machine applies uniform pressure to flat veneers via the precise cooperation of compression forming mechanism and customized arc molds. Its high-precision positioning and adjustment system real-time controls forming radian and dimensional accuracy, avoiding deviation impacts on subsequent assembly. Equipped with an independent CNC control system, it supports flexible setting of arc radius, forming thickness and processing speed, with one-click process parameter recall for fast switching between multi-specification products and no frequent mold debugging needed.
To ensure forming stability, multiple limit rollers and pressing devices are configured to restrict plate displacement in all directions, preventing deviation, wrinkling and cracking. The formed arc veneers feature smooth inner arcs and flat outer arcs without edge bursting, requiring no secondary polishing and meeting direct assembly needs, which cuts process redundancy and material loss. Optional groove cutting function is available for integrated arc forming and groove processing, simplifying production procedures and eliminating additional cutting equipment investment.
