Composite Panel Forming Machine Product Description

The Composite Panel Forming Machine is a fully automatic integrated production equipment, dedicated to manufacturing high-quality sandwich composite panels continuously. It integrates uncoiling, roll forming, gluing, laminating, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking into one seamless process, realizing one-stop production that greatly reduces labor input and avoids manual errors. This integrated design not only improves production efficiency significantly but also ensures stable product quality, making it a cost-effective choice for building material manufacturers.
Widely compatible with various core materials including EPS, rock wool, PU and glass wool, this machine can also process surface materials such as color steel coils and galvanized steel coils with a thickness of 0.3-1.2mm. It is capable of producing multiple types of composite panels, such as wall panels, roof panels and corrugated insulation panels, which are widely applied in prefabricated houses, industrial workshops, cold storages, clean rooms and steel structure buildings. The versatility of this machine allows it to meet diverse production needs of different industries.
Equipped with a high-performance PLC touch screen control system, the machine features user-friendly operation—operators can easily set parameters, monitor working status and adjust settings with just a few clicks. It has an adjustable forming speed of 2-12 m/min and a high forming precision of ±0.3mm, ensuring the finished panels have a flat surface, accurate dimensions and firm bonding. The heavy-duty steel frame structure enhances the machine’s durability and stability, while the low-noise design (≤65dB) creates a comfortable working environment. Additionally, the optimized energy-saving design effectively reduces power consumption and production costs. We also provide personalized customized services and comprehensive after-sales support, including on-site installation, technical training and spare parts supply, to meet the diverse needs of global customers.1

Advantages of Roll Forming A Metal Part

There are several advantages of using roll forming for your projects:

    • The roll forming process allows operations such as punching, notching, and welding to be performed in-line. Labor cost and time for secondary operations are reduced or eliminated, reducing part costs.
    • Roll form tooling allows for a high degree of flexibility. A single set of roll form tools will make almost any length of the same cross-section. Multiple sets of tools for varying length parts are not required.
    • It can provide better dimensional control than other competing metal forming processes.
    • Repeatability is inherent in the process, allowing easier assembly of roll formed parts into your finished product, and minimizing problems due to “standard” tolerance build up.
    • Roll forming is typically a higher speed process.
    • Roll forming offers customers a superior surface finish. This makes roll forming an excellent option for decorative stainless steel parts or for parts requiring a finish such as anodizing or powder coating. Also, texture or pattern can be rolled into the surface during forming.
    • Roll forming utilizes material more efficiently than other competing processes.
    • Roll formed shapes can be developed with thinner walls than competing processes

Roll forming is a continuous process which converts sheet metal into an engineered shape using consecutive sets of mated rolls, each of which makes only incremental changes in the form. The sum of these small changes in form is a complex profile.
