EPS Board Foaming Line is a full-automatic production line specially used to continuously produce expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam boards, also known as insulation boards. It is widely applied in building insulation, packaging, shockproof materials, floor heating modules, cold storage, and construction filling fields.
Main Structure & Working Process

Pre-expander
Heats EPS beads with steam to expand them into lightweight porous beads. It controls expansion ratio and density accurately.

Aging Silo
Stores pre-expanded beads for a period of time to balance internal air pressure, stabilize moisture and temperature, ensuring stable quality in later forming.

Continuous Block Molding Machine
Fills aged beads into the molding chamber. Under high-temperature steam heating, the beads fuse together to form large EPS foam blocks with high strength and uniform density.

Block Cooling & Storage System
Cures and cools the formed EPS blocks to avoid deformation.

Electrical Control System
Adopts PLC and touch screen to realize fully automatic operation. It can adjust temperature, pressure, feeding speed, block size and cutting dimensions.
