Our Trapezoidal Sheet Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic, high-efficiency production line specially designed for manufacturing trapezoidal profiled metal sheets. It is widely used in the production of roof panels, wall cladding sheets, ceiling panels and structural panels for industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings and residential construction.
The machine integrates sheet feeding, leveling, punching, roll forming, length measuring, hydraulic cutting and automatic stacking in one complete system. It adopts a heavy-duty steel frame structure with overall welding and stress relief treatment, ensuring high stability, low noise and long service life even under long hours of continuous working.
Equipped with a high-performance PLC control system and touch screen operation panel, the machine supports easy parameter setting, automatic length counting, fixed-length cutting, production quantity statistics and fault self-diagnosis. Users can set sheet length, quantity and forming speed conveniently, realizing fully automatic production with minimal labor.
The forming system consists of high-precision rollers made of 45# forged steel with fine grinding and hard chrome plating treatment. The rollers are processed by CNC machining center to ensure high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface, so that the finished sheets have beautiful appearance, stable size and no scratch. The main motor adopts high-quality copper motor with stable power and low energy consumption.
The hydraulic cutting system uses high-strength cutting tools, providing clean cutting, no burrs and high precision. The cutting length error can be controlled within ±1mm. The machine supports quick adjustment for different sheet widths and profiles, helping customers improve production flexibility and reduce mold change time.
