The CZ Purlin Forming Machine is a high-efficiency, precision cold-bending forming equipment specially developed for the steel structure industry. It is mainly used to process cold-rolled steel strips, hot-dip galvanized steel strips, and other metal coils into C-type and Z-type purlins—core supporting components widely applied in steel structure buildings. With the function of quick switching between C-type and Z-type forming without replacing rolls, the machine realizes continuous, automatic production, greatly improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and ensuring the consistency and stability of finished products.

- High Precision Forming: The forming frame is made of high-quality steel plate through integral welding and stress relief treatment, ensuring stable structure and no deformation during long-term operation. The forming rolls are made of GCr15 bearing steel, processed by precision turning, grinding, and quenching (hardness up to HRC58-62), which is wear-resistant and has a long service life. The multi-group progressive forming design ensures that the cross-section of the purlin is regular, the size error is ≤±0.5mm, and the surface is smooth without scratches or wrinkles.

- Flexible & Efficient Production: It supports quick switching between C-type and Z-type purlins, and the adjustment process is simple and convenient, saving time for mold replacement. The production speed can be adjusted steplessly within the range of 5-15m/min, adapting to different production needs. It can process purlins with a width of 100-300mm and a thickness of 1.5-4.0mm, and the length of finished products can be customized according to customer requirements (3-12m), with strong adaptability.

- Full-Automatic Operation: The whole machine adopts PLC touch screen control system, which is easy to operate and has a clear interface. It integrates feeding, uncoiling, straightening, forming, punching (optional), cutting, and discharging into one, realizing unmanned operation in the production process. Equipped with an emergency stop button, photoelectric protection, and other safety devices, it effectively ensures the safety of operators and equipment.

- Energy-Saving & Durable: The main motor adopts high-efficiency energy-saving motor, which has low power consumption and high power factor, reducing production costs. Key components such as bearings and hydraulic parts are selected from well-known brands, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment and reducing the frequency of maintenance. Core Structure & Working Principle

The machine adopts a modular combined design, which is easy to disassemble, assemble, and maintain. The whole system is composed of 7 key functional units, realizing full-process automatic production from raw material input to finished product output:

1. Uncoiling Unit: Equipped with an internal support type uncoiler, it can stably carry metal coils with a weight of 1-5 tons. The pressing roller device prevents coil loosening and deviation during uncoiling, and the guide mechanism accurately guides the steel strip into the next process, ensuring smooth feeding.

2. Straightening Unit: Multi-roll precision straightening design eliminates the internal stress and curling of the steel strip, making the steel strip flat and straight, avoiding deviation and deformation during forming, and laying a foundation for high-precision forming.

3. Roll Forming Unit: The core component of the machine, composed of 8-24 groups of forming rolls (the number can be customized according to product specifications). Through progressive bending of the steel strip by the forming rolls, the preset C-type or Z-type cross-section is formed, with uniform force and stable forming.

4. Punching Unit (Optional): Hydraulic punching system, which can synchronously punch installation holes (round holes, long holes) during the forming process, with precise hole position, uniform hole diameter, and no burrs, saving subsequent processing procedures.

5. Cutting Unit: Adopts hydraulic or mechanical cutting mode, with fast cutting speed, smooth cutting surface, and no deformation of the purlin. The cutting length is controlled by the PLC system, which is accurate and adjustable.

6. Discharging Unit: Equipped with a conveying roller table or a discharging frame, which can stably convey the finished purlins to the designated position, avoiding collision and damage of the finished products.

7. Control System: PLC touch screen control, which can set and adjust parameters such as production speed, product size, and cutting length. It has fault alarm, parameter memory, and other functions, which is convenient for operation and management.
