Core Configuration & Working Principle

The production line consists of key equipment such as raw material mixing system, extruder/extrusion press, conveying system, hot pressing machine, cooling system, cutting machine, sanding machine and automatic control system, with reasonable layout and smooth workflow. The working principle is to mix the main raw materials (such as wood powder, plastic particles, aluminum foil, adhesive, etc.) in a scientific ratio, then heat and melt (or bond) them through professional equipment, press them into boards of specified thickness and size under constant temperature and pressure, and finally process them through cooling, cutting, sanding and other processes to form high-quality composite board finished products.
