Our Arc Veneer Forming Machine is a high-precision intelligent forming equipment independently developed for the high-standard processing of arc veneers. Adopting absolute value four-axis control technology and high-precision real-time sensing system, it realizes full-process parameter monitoring and closed-loop control of plate forming, with the forming accuracy stably controlled within ±0.1mm, perfectly solving the problems of large deviation and poor consistency in traditional forming processes.
The core working system of the machine consists of a high-torque compression forming mechanism, customized wear-resistant arc molds and multi-directional limit roller devices. It applies uniform pressure to flat panels to achieve plastic deformation, effectively limiting the displacement and deformation of plates during forming, and ensuring the inner arc is smooth and the outer arc is flat without edge bursting. Equipped with an independent CNC control platform, it supports flexible setting of arc radius, processing speed and forming thickness, and one-click call of process parameter packages, realizing rapid switching production of multi-specification arc veneers and greatly reducing mold debugging time. Optional mold heating and high-frequency low-temperature hot pressing functions can be matched according to material characteristics, avoiding rebound deformation of finished products and improving the shaping effect and service life of veneers.
Driven by an energy-saving frequency conversion motor, the machine has a maximum processing speed of 8m/min, with energy consumption reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional equipment. It is suitable for processing solid wood veneer, density board, particleboard, resin board, aluminum profile, color steel plate and other materials (thickness 0.3-3.5mm, arc radius 50mm-5000mm, customizable). Some models are integrated with groove cutting function, which completes arc forming and groove processing in one step, simplifying the production process and reducing labor and equipment costs. The whole machine has high automation, only 1-2 operators are needed, and it is widely used in industrial plate processing with high requirements for precision and efficiency.

Advantages of Roll Forming A Metal Part
There are several advantages of using roll forming for your projects:
- The roll forming process allows operations such as punching, notching, and welding to be performed in-line. Labor cost and time for secondary operations are reduced or eliminated, reducing part costs.
- Roll form tooling allows for a high degree of flexibility. A single set of roll form tools will make almost any length of the same cross-section. Multiple sets of tools for varying length parts are not required.
- It can provide better dimensional control than other competing metal forming processes.
- Repeatability is inherent in the process, allowing easier assembly of roll formed parts into your finished product, and minimizing problems due to “standard” tolerance build up.
- Roll forming is typically a higher speed process.
- Roll forming offers customers a superior surface finish. This makes roll forming an excellent option for decorative stainless steel parts or for parts requiring a finish such as anodizing or powder coating. Also, texture or pattern can be rolled into the surface during forming.
- Roll forming utilizes material more efficiently than other competing processes.
- Roll formed shapes can be developed with thinner walls than competing processes
Roll forming is a continuous process which converts sheet metal into an engineered shape using consecutive sets of mated rolls, each of which makes only incremental changes in the form. The sum of these small changes in form is a complex profile.
