In terms of forming performance, the machine is equipped with high-precision Cr12MoV forming rollers, which are hardened and precision ground to ensure that the formed slats have uniform thickness, smooth surface and no burrs, with a forming precision of ±0.1mm. It effectively avoids slat deformation and unevenness, ensuring the overall quality and service life of the rolling shutter door. The adjustable forming structure supports multiple slat types (C-type, U-type, Z-type) and specifications, with slat width 75-125mm and thickness 0.3-1.2mm, compatible with galvanized steel, color steel, aluminum and stainless steel sheets.
For operation convenience, the machine adopts PLC touch screen control, realizing full-automatic feeding, forming, cutting, punching and counting. The stepless adjustable speed (5-15m/min) can be flexibly adjusted according to production demand, and one operator can complete the whole process, greatly reducing labor cost and improving production efficiency. The parameter memory function allows quick switching between different specifications, saving adjustment time.
In terms of stability and safety, the frame is made of high-quality steel plate, through integral welding and tempering treatment, with strong rigidity and no deformation during long-term operation. Key components are from well-known brands, with low noise (≤75dB) and low failure rate. It is also equipped with emergency stop, overload protection and photoelectric protection devices to fully protect the safety of operators and equipment.
