Arc veneer forming machine is a professional automatic processing equipment for converting flat plates into precise arc veneers, combined with mold, compression forming and precise positioning system to realize efficient and standardized production. It replaces traditional manual forming, improves production efficiency and product consistency, and is widely used in multi-industry arc veneer processing as core plate forming equipment.

Based on plate plastic deformation principle, the machine cooperates with customized arc molds and compression forming mechanism to apply uniform pressure to flat veneers. The precise positioning system real-time controls forming radian and size accuracy to avoid assembly impacts caused by deviation. Its independent CNC control system supports flexible parameter setting and one-click call, realizing fast multi-specification production without frequent mold debugging.
Configured with multiple limit rollers and pressing devices, the machine prevents plate deviation, wrinkling and cracking, ensuring smooth inner and flat outer arcs of finished products without edge bursting. No secondary polishing is needed, reducing material loss and process redundancy. Optional groove cutting function integrates arc forming and groove processing, simplifying production and saving equipment costs.
