4. Structure & Working Process

  1. Decoiler: Automatically uncoils the raw steel coil with stable tension.
  2. Roll forming part: Forms the upper and lower steel sheets into the required profile shape.
  3. Gluing & laminating part: Uniformly coats glue and bonds the core material with upper and lower sheets.
  4. Pressing & heating part: Presses and heats to make the panel firmly bonded.
  5. Cutting part: Automatically cuts panels to the set length.
  6. Output table: Finished composite panels are automatically output and stacked.
